Help: Trying to remember a book with Farrelly interview

Hi all, my first time posting here, I came to this forum hoping someone remembers the book I'm talking about. I remember reading it years ago, it contained interviews with directors, I seem to recall Kevin Smith or Tarantino, the big one I remember is Peter Farrelly talking about making Dumb and Dumber, how he had no idea how to make a movie and the crew sort of shepherded him along.

If anyone has any insight it would be a huge help! Thanks very much!
