Hello I am an aspiring writer who would really like to get a book idea on the big screen. I don’t have the money at the time and I’m not sure who to turn to for help. Im not expecting a miracle well actually I am the idea that I’m working is worth a shot just getting my dream into the right hands would be well worth the wait if anyone could help me I would greatly appreciate it.

I apologize for my errors in typing. I should have proof read it better and you are right, I didn’t show much respect for my work here. I really would however appreciate any advice on how to get started. I have written poems and stories since I was a young girl and now I would love to put some out there for others to enjoy. I love writing and sometimes I get over enthusiastic about my ideas.

Carrie, in all sincerity one of the first things you should do is work on your many spelling and typing errors. A wordsmith needs to demonstrate respect for words (even on a blog page) to be taken seriously in this industry. Words are your tools of trade. They should be treated with respect. Good luck.

Hello, sometimes I get reallu great ideas for new series of an episode for a show allready on or a movie but i never know who to contact, what i need to do to be heard, if I need to write the show out or if someone can take off with my idea or join in the writing of it. I would love some advice because I have reat ideas of all kinds of shows. Right now I have a hreat idea for an episode of fringe. Thank You.

I’m not looking for a job (per se)as I am inundated with work already. However, it would be most useful to me to find a way to get my books into the hands of people making movies.
My novels have the right stuff – just need to find an agent or a way to pitch.
