I’ve been getting excited about a new service I could offer here on the site.

What about you uploading your script, and a week or so later getting back an MP3 with the thing brought to life? Either read by a single actor like on the Screenwriting Goldmine audio book, or, at slightly more premium rate, read by a group of professional actors in a workshopped reading, just like the sort of readthrough a script gets before production starts.

Hearing your work always gives you an idea how your dialogue is playing, and hearing pro actors go at the whole thing on an audio production would be a great way let to let you judge how compelling - or otherwise - your story is.

Is that the sort of thing you would find useful? Or would you feel it to be a distraction from the side issue of writing?

Let me know…
